 Auction items must be paid for within one week of winning. May be picked up at store or may be shipped for an additional fee. Some items may be used or in "as is" condition and will be stated as such in item description. By bidding on such items you agree and accept to the condition of the item(s), and winning bid sales are final. All auction items are available for inspection at our main shop throughout the duration of the auction period. We strongly suggest visually inspecting items prior to bidding, especially those that are listed as used or in "as-is" condition.  

Champion Saddlery tries to ensure that all information posted here is accurate at all times, however we cannot be responsible for typographical and other errors that may appear on the Auction. If the posted information is incorrect due to typographical or other error (e.g., data transmission) Champion Saddlery is only responsible for the correct information, which we will endeavor to provide to you as soon as we become aware of any errors. We make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-the-minute information, however it is ultimately your responsibility to verify with us prior to bidding on any items.
