RETURN Policy

Saddles have a 7 day return policy. Please see saddle policy for details.

All other items are eligible for return 30 days from sale, in new condition, with a valid receipt . Restocking fee may apply to certain items within this period. Please see a team member for details.

Beyond the 30 day period, some items may be returned for store credit only, with a 20% restocking fee.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY during the period of Nov 15th - Dec 15th, for general merchandise only, the policy is extended out to 60 days with a valid receipt. All other policies still apply beyond the return period.

Damaged and/or dirty merchandise may be refused. Used blankets will not be accepted as a return.

SADDLE Policy

Saddles may be returned to Champion Saddlery within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:

NEW saddles must be returned in NEW condition
USED saddles must be returned in the same condition as when purchased
The original sales receipt must accompany the return

It is advised that you test ride a new saddle for no more than 10-15 minutes and (if English) the stirrup leathers be wrapped in order to prevent rubs.

New saddles that are returned in less-than-new condition will result in a restocking fee no less than 10% , this fee will be solely determined by the management of Champion Saddlery Inc.

LAYAWAY POLICY

Layaway is available upon request under the following conditions:

Layaways for $300.00 or less - 8 week contract

Layaways for more than $300 - 12 week contract

ALL LAYAWAYS REQUIRE 20% DOWN PAYMENT

A payment must be made every 30 days - a seven (7) day grace period will be allowed - after that time frame the merchandise will be put back into inventory with a charge of 20% cancellation fee - the balance paid will be put on store credit

Cancellation of layaways (for any reason) will result in a 20% cancellation fee - the balance paid will be put on store credit

Saddles that are used as a trade-in are forfeited when purchasing a saddle on layaway. Please make sure the saddle fits your horse before putting on layaway and/or trading in your saddle.
